iConnect2Anesthesiology.com is a niche specific job board designed exclusively for Anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and Employers including hospitals, surgery centers, anesthesia groups, and other medical facilities and healthcare recruiters.

A bit about “us:”

iConnect2Anesthesiology is the first site launched under the iConnect2Jobs umbrella of niche-specific job boards. iConnect is women owned company located in Orlando, Florida.  iConnect’s founders have combined experience of over fifty years in such areas as business development, staffing, and marketing.

Our Mission:

It is our mission to offer companies and highly skilled job seekers a vehicle for finding one another, and to provide a place for industry professionals to network (interact, share information, resolve problems, etc.). This will also become the premier site for career management information, skills assessments, online training/certifications, newsletters, e-books and e-zines. iConnect2Jobs will maintain a creative, fair work environment for employees.

iConnect2Anesthesiology provides job-searching functions that go above and beyond posting CVs and searching databases of jobs.  Job Seekers who search for a position at iConnect2Anesthesiology are searching a database that contains no stale jobs and offers direct contact with  the individuals who have hiring authority.

When a job seekers posts CVs, they have full capability to manage both their CVs and profiles, to create job search agents (which allows them to have positions that they feel are desirable sent to them directly via email), and a handful of other services . 

To increase exposure, jobseekers can be the "featured candidate," allowing employers to easily access their profile directly from the homepage.  Also, for their convenience, Jobseekers can visit the "featured employers," who can also be found on the homepage. 

Career Development Functions:

No matter which career field is pursued, most job seekers can use a little help with career development, so, iConnect2Anesthesiology offers a career development center with services like interviewing advice, CV writing tips, and relocation assistance, salary comparison and more. These and other job seeker services are always free of charge.
